I have to start this answer with a big laughter and can tell you assuredly “Never”. No, I am not speaking on their behalf it’s they themselves who speak it shamelessly and openly. They compare themselves with Ghadarites who fought against British rule from outside India but even there they have to take this into account that nothing substantial was achieved by them and one of them Sardar Kartar Singh Saraba had to return India to fight for his cause. These are such a big cowards that they will neither come to India nor will they even bother.
I tell you why they are so mad for this, it’s just to get in the books of Gora Sahaabs so that they may grant them special favour and look them with sympathy. Yes this is a shameful fact. During the days of terror in Punjab in 80s and 90s lots of Sikhs were granted entry in Canada, US, UK on humanitarian grounds and many organisations received tons of money from many sympathizers and enthusiasts, since economic slowdown and after the crises has ended in Punjab many have stopped their aids, so just in order to create this hoopla again they keep harping about Khalistan to ensure that money keeps flowing. Thanks to Pakistan and their habit of continuously funding anybody who is India’s enemy be they be Sikhs a community which they have never allowed to grow in Pakistan
(They are not even included in national census and for this basic right Sikhs had to take their fight to the court where their petition was rejected and yet khalistanis want to believe that pakistan is a great friend of Sikhs so that they may keep receiving money)

So the khalistanis very well know that no one cares about their shitty movement in India anymore not even Sikhs still they shout a lot and wait like predators for some incidents to happen in India and pounce on those issues immediately to prove their point while they remain silent on so many racist incidents that keep happening in their own backyard in America, UK, Australia, Canada there they just dismiss such incidents as law & order problem or incidents by hate mongers but when it comes to India they start making all cries about “systematic discrimination” by Indian state. Hence their double standards are apparent at every step. So do you think that such lots will ever return to live in khalistan, if ever made? It’s anybody’s guess now.
